Cancellation, No-Show & Travel Policy

We hold each appointment time exclusively for you and travel to your location, so the following policy helps us serve everyone fairly. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation Policy

• Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Same-Day Cancellations

Appointments canceled on the day of service may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Show Policy

No-show appointments may be charged 100% of the reserved service fee. Future appointments may require prepayment.

Appointment Readiness

Clients are responsible for being present at the agreed-upon appointment location at the scheduled time. If the client is unavailable upon arrival, IV Salt Rejuvenation LLC will make reasonable efforts to contact the client. If the client cannot be reached within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be considered a no-show and applicable fees may apply.

Travel Fee Policy

• No travel fee applies within Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Palm City, and Jensen Beach.
• Extended service areas may incur an additional travel fee, disclosed prior to appointment confirmation.
• Once the provider has departed for the appointment location, any applicable travel fee is non-refundable.

Deposits

A $50 deposit is required to confirm each appointment and is applied toward your treatment cost. The deposit may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows as described above. For multiple guests, a separate deposit applies per person.
