These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IV Salt Rejuvenation website and services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

IV Salt Rejuvenation provides mobile IV hydration and wellness services. All IV therapies are administered by a licensed Registered Nurse under the supervision of a medical director, serving Port St. Lucie, Stuart & the Treasure Coast.

Not Medical Advice

Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. IV therapy services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Always consult your physician about your health, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.

Eligibility & Consent

You must be at least 18 years old to book. Before treatment, you must complete our medical screening and consent form. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if treatment is not appropriate for your health and safety, as determined by our clinical team.

Booking, Deposits & Payment

• Your appointment is a request until confirmed. Confirmation requires completion of the consent form and payment of a $50 deposit (see our Cancellation Policy).
• The deposit is applied toward your total treatment cost.
• Final pricing is confirmed by your nurse. Prices listed are estimates for the selected therapy and add-ons.
• Payment is due as arranged at or before your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible at 772-222-7108 or ivsaltfl@gmail.com. Deposit refund or transfer eligibility for late cancellations or missed appointments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, address, and health information.
• Ensure a safe, accessible environment for treatment at the service address you provide.
• Disclose all relevant health conditions, medications, and allergies.

Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

IV therapy carries inherent risks that will be described in your consent form. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IV Salt Rejuvenation and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to IV Salt Rejuvenation and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
